“INEC CVR: civic responsibility of every Nigerian from 18yrs and above”; said Pharm. Sam.

Pharm. Sam in what seemed to be a patriotic call to Nigerians, stated that it is a civic responsibility of every Nigerian from age 18yrs and above to enroll in the INEC Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise in order to be an eligible voter sacrosanct to the provision of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.

He further explained that if the section of the responsibilities of a Nigerian citizen as enshrined in the constitution be properly defined, it would clearly show that it is a crime for any Nigerian who is 18yrs and above not to be an eligible voter and a potential aspirant of a political office.

Pharm. Sam encourages constituents of Jos North West and Nigerians to take advantage of the ongoing INEC continuous voter registration exercise.

He then called on the state ministry of information and the National Orientation Agency (NOA) Plateau state to initiate voter registration awareness programmes and campaign in the urban and rural areas:

“it’s possible some Nigerians are not aware that INEC has commences voter registration which can be done electronically online before the physical capture at the various INEC LGs offices”.
